We are a Nevada non-profit company established on March 10, 2008. On May 13, 2008 we submitted our application to the IRS to get approval as a tax-exempt charity. In order for your donation to be tax deductible for the 2008 tax year we will need this IRS approval prior to the date you submit your 2008 tax return.  We fully expect to be approved but can not guarantee this until it has happened. We will use this site to update the public on how we are doing with this application.
